Municipal

Although the Municipal Law Group is a separate practice group at Georgeadis║Setley, because municipal law touches upon many difference areas, the resources of the entire Firm often are brought to bear to resolve particular issues for our clients.

Generally, a municipal law practice is comprised of a number of interconnected disciplines including, general municipal law, labor and employment law, real estate and land use law, environmental law, general business law, and municipal finance. The Firm’s lawyers have a great deal of experience working with municipal law and regularly assist our clients to successfully achieve their objectives. This may involve representing a client at a zoning hearing, appealing a client’s property assessment, or inquiring about the accuracy of a client’s water or sewer bill. In addition, the lawyers at Georgeadis║Setley have relationships with virtually all of Berks County’s regional, state, and local elected officials, and we have been able to utilize this access to the benefit of our clients.
