Kelsey Frankowski, Esquire
Kelsey is a Berks County Native, and a graduate of Oley Valley High School. After High School, she attended
Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English and
Communications and graduated summa cum laude. Thereafter, she attended Duquesne University School of
Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude in 2013.
Kelsey was a member of the Duquesne Law Review Journal, and became a Senior Staff Editor of the Journal
during her final year of school. She worked for the City of Pittsburgh Solicitor’s Office and for the Honorable
Alan N. Bloch in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania before moving back
to Berks County to begin working at Georgeadis Setley. Kelsey became a partner at the firm in 2022.
Kelsey is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Berks County Bar Association, and
is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Tax Court. She is very involved in the Berks County
Bar Association, in which she is a member of the Young Lawyer’s Section, and serves as co-chair of the Law
Day Committee. Kelsey is a member of the William Strong Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and the
Endlich Law Club. She also serves on the Reading Public Library Foundation Board, and is a member of the
Reading Public Library’s Cocktails & Classics Committee.
Kelsey resides in Wyomissing, enjoys golf and softball, and loves to travel. Her practice areas include real
estate, corporate/business, municipal, civil litigation, trusts/estates, and family law.
