Kelsey Frankowski, Esquire
Kelsey is a Berks County Native, and a graduate of Oley Valley High School. After High School, she attended Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Communications and graduated summa cum laude. Thereafter, she attended Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude in 2013.
During law school, Kelsey was a member of the Duquesne Law Review Journal, and became a Senior Staff Editor of the Journal during her final year of school. She worked for the City of Pittsburgh Solicitor’s Office as a law clerk during her second and third years of law school, and was also a research assistant for a Duquesne Law School professor. Kelsey received an endowed scholarship from the Duquesne Law Alumni Association in the Fall of 2011, a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for International Law in the Spring of 2012, and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Trial Advocacy with Judge Jeffrey Manning in the Fall of 2012. She also interned for the Honorable Alan N. Bloch in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in the Summer of 2011.
Kelsey is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Berks County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Tax Court. Kelsey is involved in the Berks County Bar Association, where she is a member of the Young Lawyer’s Section. Kelsey is also a member of the William Strong Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
Kelsey resides in West Reading. She and enjoys golf and softball, and loves to travel.
