Douglas Paul Rauch concentrates his practice in corporate law and commercial transactions, finance and government finance, and municipal law. He regularly represents business and municipal clients, as well as nearly all of the regional and national banks and investment banks with a presence in the County of Berks. These clients include, Customers Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Berks County Water and Sewer Association, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, the Berks County Solid Waste Authority, VIST Bank, Fleetwood Bank, Fulton Bank, N.A., eYP Solutions, LLC, Home Artisan Group, Inc., Green Mountain Concert Services, Inc., E&M Coatings, LLC, Safe Berks, David Koeffler Agency, Paint Self Storage, Inc., Werner Brooks Team, LLC, and Birdsboro Municipal Authority.

Doug formed Georgeadis||Setley after beginning his career at a larger regional law firm in Reading and subsequently continuing his career at regional law firms in Wyomissing. Mr. Rauch is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers, the Berks County Planning Commission, and the Pennsylvania Home Landing Collaborative, Inc. He serves as Chairman of the Berks County Bar Association Bylaws Committee and is a member of its Investment Committee.

Doug was born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and subsequently moved to the Reading area in 1989 following law school to pursue his legal career. He is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College (BA) and the Dickinson School of Law (JD, cum laude). Mr. Rauch resides with his wife, Stephanie, and their daughter Jennifer, in Spring Township, Pennsylvania.
